What does any and every woman need in her ministry toolbox? That was the question that plagued my mind as I went on mission trips, as I studied in seminary, and as I came to work for iAlethia. My heart's desire was to create the toolbox for women in ministry- the curriculum that would give them the needed skills to love and glorify God, to love others well, and, most importantly, to serve other women by passing those skills on to them. In Fall 2010, I learned of Entrust's Women to Women Ministry Training that had been tried and proven over 20 years in a cross-cultural context and contained exactly what I had determined was needed in the toolbox for women in ministry. While attending their training in January of this year, I sat down for what became a most eventful breakfast with Wendy Wilson, the director of WWMT. They had the toolbox and the heart to make the training available to those women serving in closed countries BUT no network or logistics established to reach them. We have the heart to train those women and the network and logistics established to reach them BUT no complete curriculum to offer. So with our hearts united, we established a partnership, bringing together Entrust's training with iAlethia's network and logistics.
